Monocrystalline PERC cells
These solar panels combine our KickAss ultra-efficient A-grade monocrystalline solar cells with additional PERC technology. PERC is an innovation which adds an extra layer onto the back of the solar cell. This layer reflects unused light back into the solar cell, which improves efficiency, reduces loss, and puts more energy into your battery.
Multi Busbar Technology
These ultra thin panels are constructed using multiple busbars, meaning that the electrons generated by sunlight have shorter distances to travel before being collected. This reduces resistance and power losses, resulting in higher overall efficiency. If a solar cell is partially damaged, then the multiple busbar technology also means that energy can still be collected by additional busbars, making the overall system extremely durable and resilient.
Bypass Diode
The bypass diode ensures the panels will continue to produce power even when partially shaded. This makes them ideal for rooftop installations, where sunlight conditions may vary.
2mm Thick Full Tempered Glass
The panel features a 2mm protective layer of full tempered glass. This protective layer allows more sunlight in, and also enhances their strength and durability. The perfect balance of durability, efficiency, and streamlined convenience.
