How do I join the KA Club?

How can I earn credits?

How do I redeem my credits?

Apply your credits for a discount at checkout. Choose how many credits you'd like to apply, and the equivalent dollar amount will be deducted from your total. There are no minimums or restrictions.
Where can I see my credits balance?

Do my credits expire?

Credits issued as a reward or bonus will expire after 3 months if there isn't any account activity.

What happens to my credits if I return a purchase?

If you return a purchase, the credits you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday credits will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 10 days from the day you entered it. 
I forgot to use my credits at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively? 

No, unfortunately credits cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
