KickAss Club is the loyalty program offered by KickAss Products Pty Ltd (ABN 25 169 600 060) to reward customers who purchase KickAss products. These Terms & Conditions set out how KickAss Club works, and they apply to every KickAss Club member (“you”) in Australia. By joining KickAss Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

When we refer to KickAss, we, our, or us, we mean KickAss Products Pty Ltd (ABN 25 169 600 060).
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland.
1. Becoming a KickAss Club Member
- You can apply to become a KickAss Club member if you are an individual aged 18 years or older. Businesses, corporations, and KickAss employees are not eligible.
- To join, you must provide a unique email address or mobile phone number. You must update your details if they change. KickAss is not responsible for any loss of rewards or benefits if you fail to update your contact information.
- Only one membership account is permitted per person, per mobile number, and per email address. Joint accounts are not permitted. You must not share your membership with others.
- KickAss may request identification to verify your identity and reserves the right to refuse membership for any reason.
2. Benefits of KickAss Club Membership
As a KickAss Club member, you may gain access to benefits including (but not limited to):
2.1 Credit (Loyalty Credits)
See clause 2.6 for details.
2.2 Digital Receipts & Warranty Support
When you provide your registered details at checkout (online or in-store), we will store a record of your purchases for at least five (5) years, allowing:
- Easy access to digital receipts.
- Warranty support without needing a physical receipt (subject to warranty terms).
2.3 Member Pricing
You may receive discounted prices on selected products and promotional offers.
2.4 Member Communications
You will receive exclusive updates including discounts, offers, events, competitions, and product launches. (See Section 3 for more information).
2.5 Other Rewards & Benefits
From time to time, KickAss may offer additional benefits such as competitions, gifts, experiences, or special promotions.
2.6 Credit (Loyalty Credits)
The following terms apply to Loyalty Credits (“Credit”), in addition to any promotional terms associated with a specific offer:
- Each Credit has an individual expiry date. Expired Credit cannot be reinstated.
- Multiple Credits may exist on your account, each with unique expiry dates.
- Your total Credit balance is the sum of all current, non-expired Credits.
- You can review your Credit balance online.
- Credit is not redeemable for cash.
- Credit cannot be used for:
- Purchasing gift cards
- Purchasing gift cards
Refunds involving Credit
- If you return an item purchased entirely with Credit, the refund will be credited back to your account.
- If you paid using a combination of Credit and another payment method, your refund will be split in the same proportions.
Credit Adjustments
KickAss may deduct Credits from your account if they were:
- Allocated in error
- Linked to a cancelled, reversed, or refunded transaction
- Connected to suspected fraudulent activity
KickAss will notify you of any deduction. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
3. Member Communications
Unless you opt out, you agree that KickAss may communicate with you through various channels including email, SMS, phone, post, app notifications, and online advertising. These communications are called Member Communications.
3.1 How to Unsubscribe

| Push notifications | Disable notifications in your device settings |
Unsubscribing from one communication type does not unsubscribe you from all types.
3.2 Transactional Messages
You will continue to receive Transactional Messages, including:
- Membership updates (e.g., Credit expiry, allocation)
- Important product information (including safety notices)
- Password resets
- Updates to terms or privacy policy
Transactional Messages cannot be unsubscribed from. To stop receiving them, you must terminate your membership.
4. Ending Your KickAss Club Membership
4.1 Your right to terminate
You may end your membership at any time by contacting us.
4.2 KickAss may terminate your membership if:
- You breach these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent or inappropriate activity is detected
- Your account is inactive for five (5) years (You may receive a warning before termination)
4.3 Ending or altering the program
KickAss may terminate or amend the KickAss Club loyalty program at any time.
4.4 After termination
- All benefits will cease.
- Any remaining Credit will be erased.
- KickAss will retain personal information as required by law.
5. Suspension of Membership or Loyalty Program
KickAss may temporarily suspend your membership or parts of the program due to:
- Suspicious account activity
- System maintenance
- Technical interruptions
- Stock or operational constraints
During suspension, program benefits may not be available. Access will resume once the suspension ends.
6. Changes to These Terms
KickAss may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the KickAss website.
If changes significantly impact members, KickAss will notify you via email and/or SMS.
Continuing to use your membership after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance.
7. Disputes & Liability
If you have a concern or complaint about KickAss Club, please contact us. KickAss will review and respond, and decisions made by KickAss will be final.
Where notices are sent via email or SMS, they are deemed delivered on the date sent unless returned as undeliverable by the network provider.
