Offer Tiers
Credit back is based on the value of a single qualifying transaction, excluding shipping charges and taxes where applicable:
- Spend $250 or more and receive $25 KickAss store credit
- Spend $500 or more and receive $50 KickAss store credit
- Spend $1,000 or more and receive $150 KickAss store credit
- Spend $2,000 or more and receive $350 KickAss store credit
Only the highest eligible credit-back tier will apply to each qualifying order.
Qualifying Spend
The minimum spend must be reached in a single transaction or order. Multiple purchases cannot be combined or added together to reach a qualifying threshold.
The qualifying spend is calculated on the net value of eligible products after discounts and excludes shipping charges, gift cards, e-gift cards and store credit purchases.
Store Credit
Credit back will be issued as KickAss store credit. It is not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Customers must log in to their KickAss customer account using the email address associated with the qualifying order to access and use their store credit.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Eligibility is based on the final net value of the qualifying order after any returns, refunds, cancellations or adjustments.
Where an order is changed and the remaining eligible spend falls below the original qualifying threshold, KickAss may reduce, reverse or reclaim the store credit.
Where store credit has already been used, KickAss may deduct the applicable amount from any refund or require repayment of the incorrectly issued credit.
Use of Credit on Future Offers
Credit back cannot be counted toward the minimum spend required to qualify for another credit-back offer.
Where store credit is used as part payment for an order, only the amount paid using another eligible payment method will count toward any qualifying spend threshold.
Exclusions
Gift cards, e-gift cards, store credit purchases and store credit top-ups do not count toward the qualifying spend.
This offer cannot be combined with another credit-back, cashback or reward-stacking promotion unless expressly stated by KickAss.
Misuse and Abuse
KickAss reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim store credit where it reasonably believes the offer has been misused.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Splitting orders to claim multiple rewards
- Return or refund abuse
- Purchasing products to reach a qualifying tier and subsequently returning a substantial portion of the order
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information
Credit Expiry
Credit back expires 30 days from the date it is issued.
Expired store credit cannot be reinstated, extended, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Offer Period
The offer is valid from 18 July 2026 until 26 July 2026, unless withdrawn or extended by KickAss.
KickAss reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an error, technical issue, suspected misuse or exhaustion of the allocated promotional budget.
