1. Promoter
The promoter is KickAss Products Pty Ltd, ABN 25 169 600 060, of 39 Iris Place, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110, Australia, referred to as the “Promoter” or “KickAss”.
2. Separate Daily Giveaways
KickAss Week includes eight separate and independent daily trade promotions, referred to individually as a “Daily Giveaway”.
Each Daily Giveaway has its own:
-
entry period;
-
eligible entry pool;
-
prize;
-
random draw; and
-
winner.
A purchase only enters the Daily Giveaway being conducted on the date of that purchase.
Entries do not carry forward or transfer between Daily Giveaways.
The Daily Giveaways are governed by these common Terms and Conditions and the individual details shown in the Daily Giveaway Schedule.
3. Acceptance of Terms
Information about how to enter, the prizes and the Daily Giveaway Schedule forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
By entering a Daily Giveaway, an entrant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
The following people are not eligible to enter:
-
employees, directors and officers of the Promoter;
-
employees of agencies directly involved in administering or drawing the Daily Giveaways; and
-
immediate family members of the people described above.
Immediate family includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild.
5. Daily Entry Periods
Each Daily Giveaway opens and closes on the date shown in the Daily Giveaway Schedule.
For online purchases, each Daily Giveaway opens at 12:00am AEST and closes at 11:59pm AEST on the applicable date.
For purchases made at a participating KickAss retail store, entries are accepted during the store’s normal local trading hours on the applicable date.
The date recorded on the online order confirmation or in-store purchase receipt will determine which Daily Giveaway the purchase enters.
6. How to Enter
To enter a Daily Giveaway, an eligible entrant must make a qualifying purchase:
-
through the KickAss Products Australian website during the applicable online entry period; or
-
at a participating KickAss Products retail store during the applicable in-store entry period.
Each qualifying order or purchase receipt receives one entry into the Daily Giveaway being conducted on that date.
The value of the purchase and the number of products included in the transaction do not affect the number of entries awarded.
Multiple qualifying purchases made on the same day receive separate entries into that day’s Daily Giveaway.
There is no additional entry fee. Products must be purchased at their normally advertised retail price, including any promotional or sale price generally available to customers.
7. Entries Do Not Carry Forward
An entry is valid only for the Daily Giveaway corresponding with the date of the qualifying purchase.
For example:
-
a purchase made on 18 July 2026 only enters the 18 July Daily Giveaway;
-
it does not enter any Daily Giveaway conducted on 19 July 2026 or later; and
-
a new qualifying purchase must be made on a later date to enter that date’s Daily Giveaway.
Purchasing earlier during KickAss Week does not provide additional entries or chances in later Daily Giveaways.
8. Customer Details Required
Entrants must provide:
-
their full name; and
-
at least one valid contact method, being an email address or Australian mobile phone number.
For in-store purchases, these details must be recorded against the transaction before or at the time the purchase is completed.
Purchases made anonymously or without sufficient information for the Promoter to identify and contact the purchaser are not eligible.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the details they provide are accurate and current.
9. Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase must:
-
be completed during the relevant Daily Giveaway entry period;
-
be made directly through the KickAss Products Australian website or a participating KickAss retail store;
-
include at least one KickAss product;
-
have a unique valid order number or purchase receipt; and
-
be paid for or otherwise accepted by the Promoter.
Pre-orders qualify where the order is accepted and payment is received during the relevant entry period.
Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, resellers, dealers or other retailers do not qualify.
The purchase of a gift card does not qualify. A qualifying product purchase paid for using an existing gift card may qualify.
Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded, charged back, reversed, identified as fraudulent or otherwise not completed are not eligible.
10. Multiple Daily Giveaways
An entrant may enter multiple Daily Giveaways by completing a separate qualifying purchase on each applicable day.
Because each Daily Giveaway is a separate promotion, an eligible entrant may win more than one Daily Giveaway.
A purchase cannot be split, duplicated or otherwise used to generate more than one entry.

12. Draw Procedure
Each Daily Giveaway winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during that Daily Giveaway’s entry period.
The draws will be conducted electronically at:

The Promoter will supervise each draw.
Entrants do not need to be present to win.
The first valid entry randomly selected in each draw will be the provisional winner of that Daily Giveaway.
13. Winner Verification
A provisional winner may be required to provide:
-
proof of identity;
-
proof of age;
-
proof of Australian residency;
-
their order number or original purchase receipt;
-
confirmation of the contact details attached to the purchase; and
-
any other information reasonably required to confirm eligibility.
A provisional winner will not be confirmed as the winner until the Promoter has completed its verification process.
If the selected entrant is ineligible, has breached these Terms and Conditions or cannot verify the qualifying purchase, the entry will be invalid and another entry may be drawn.
14. Winner Notification
Each provisional winner will be contacted using the email address or mobile phone number recorded against their purchase.
The Promoter will attempt to notify the provisional winner within two business days of the relevant draw.
The Promoter may contact a winner by email, SMS or telephone.
The winner must respond and provide any requested verification information by 5:00pm AEST on 10 August 2026.
15. Publication of Winners
For each prize valued at more than $250, the winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published on the KickAss Products website within 30 days of the relevant draw.
The published results will remain available for at least 30 days.
The Promoter may also announce winners through its social-media accounts after the winner has been verified.
16. Unclaimed Prizes
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each provisional winner.
If a prize has not been claimed or the winner has not completed the required verification by 5:00pm AEST on 10 August 2026, an unclaimed prize draw may be conducted.
Any unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 12 August 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.
Each unclaimed prize will be redrawn separately from the eligible entries originally received for that specific Daily Giveaway.
Entries from other Daily Giveaways will not be included.
Any replacement winner will be contacted within two business days and published on the KickAss Products website where required.
17. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, store credit or another product, except where required by law.
Prizes do not include installation, vehicle modifications, electrical work, additional wiring, accessories or any other products or services unless expressly included in the prize description.
Standard KickAss product warranty terms apply.
If a prize or prize component becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with an equivalent product of equal or greater retail value, subject to applicable law.
Images used in advertising are for illustration purposes. Packaging, model revisions and product appearance may differ slightly from the advertised image.
18. Prize Delivery
The Promoter will arrange standard delivery to the winner’s nominated Australian address or collection from an agreed participating KickAss retail store.
No standard delivery or collection fee will be charged to the winner.
Delivery may be affected by dangerous-goods transport requirements, carrier restrictions and the winner’s location.
Where normal delivery is not reasonably available, the Promoter will work with the winner to arrange an appropriate alternative delivery or collection method.
19. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, fully refunded, charged back or reversed before the relevant draw, the associated entry will be invalid.
If a winning purchase is cancelled, fully refunded, charged back or reversed before the prize is delivered, the winner may be disqualified and the prize may be redrawn.
This clause does not limit any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
A partial refund will not automatically invalidate an entry where the remaining transaction still includes a qualifying KickAss product and the purchase was made legitimately.
20. Entry Validation and Disqualification
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant who:
-
provides false, incomplete or misleading information;
-
tampers with the entry, purchase or draw process;
-
uses fraudulent or automated methods to obtain entries;
-
creates duplicate transactions without a genuine intention to purchase;
-
breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
-
engages in unlawful, abusive or inappropriate conduct relating to a Daily Giveaway.
The Promoter may identify related or duplicate transactions using order details, customer details, payment information, billing addresses and delivery addresses.
21. Technical Issues
The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received because of a technical issue outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
Where a valid purchase was completed during the relevant Daily Giveaway entry period but was delayed in appearing in the Promoter’s systems, the Promoter may include the entry in a supplementary draw for that specific Daily Giveaway.
The entry will not be transferred to a different Daily Giveaway.
22. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information to:
-
administer the Daily Giveaways;
-
verify entries and winners;
-
contact entrants and winners;
-
arrange prize delivery;
-
publish winner information; and
-
comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Promoter may disclose relevant personal information to its related entities, service providers, delivery providers and government authorities where reasonably required for these purposes.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the KickAss Products Privacy Policy.
Entering a Daily Giveaway does not automatically provide consent to receive marketing communications. Marketing communications will only be sent where separate consent has been provided or where permitted by law.
23. Changes or Cancellation
If a Daily Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failure, natural disaster, government action or another event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, postpone or cancel that Daily Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
A change to one Daily Giveaway will not automatically affect any other Daily Giveaway.
The Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify affected entrants of any material change.
24. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in a Daily Giveaway or use of a prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by installation, modification or use of a prize contrary to its instructions or applicable laws.
25. Social-Media Platforms
The Daily Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social-media platform on which they are advertised.
Entrants release those platforms from liability relating to the Daily Giveaways to the extent permitted by law.
26. Governing Law
Each Daily Giveaway is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, together with any mandatory trade-promotion and consumer laws applying in the entrant’s state or territory.
Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and any courts hearing appeals from those courts.
