- Peter D.Verified BuyerRated 4 out of 5 stars9 months agoSuggested Improvement to the 12 Pin Flat Trailer Plug
The 12 pin flat trailer plug performs as expected as a trailer plug. The suggested improvement relates to the rear aperture for feeding in the cable from the trailer.
The access aperture diameter is too tight to easily feed in the trailer cable. A different design allowing a wider feed in aperture would be helpful.

Initially it looked great. Just what I was looking for. However, when connecting the wires to the 7 pin side two of the small connectors stripped the thread rendering the plug useless. No excessive force was used just gentle downward pressure on the screws.
