KickAss “Share the Love” Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older, excluding employees of KickAss and their immediate family members.
  2. How to Enter: Share a reel (video) on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube showcasing you unboxing, installing, or using KickAss gear. Ensure your post is publicly viewable and includes any required tags or hashtags specified by KickAss.
  3. Entry Period: Entries are accepted on a rolling monthly basis. Submissions for each month close at 11:59 p.m. (local time) on the last day of that month.
  4. Prize: One winner each month will receive a $250 KickAss gift voucher. The voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification: Winners are chosen at KickAss’s sole discretion based on creativity, engagement, and relevance. Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform used for entry within 14 days of selection.
  6. Content Usage: By participating, you grant KickAss the right to use, reproduce, and display your submitted reel (in whole or in part) for promotional purposes, including on KickAss’s website, social channels, and marketing materials.

  8. General Conditions: KickAss reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. KickAss may modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
