Data Deletion Instructions

At KickAss Products, we take your privacy and data security very seriously. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored on our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to have your personal data removed from our store, please follow the instructions below based on how you interacted with us.


Option 1: Direct Request (For Store Customers)

If you have placed an order or created an account on our website, you can request full data deletion by contacting us directly:

  1. Send an email to our support team at: support@kickassproducts.com.au
  2. Use the Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. In the body of the email, please include the email address associated with your account or previous orders.

Once received, we will verify your identity and initiate the deletion process via our e-commerce platform (Shopify) within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process has started.


Option 2: Facebook/Meta Data Deletion (For App Users)

If you used your Facebook account to log in or interact with our store apps, you can remove our access and request data deletion directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Scroll down to look for "Apps and Websites".
  3. Find KickAss Products in the list of active apps and click "Remove".
  4. Once removed, you can request that we delete any historical data we may have by clicking on the "View Removed Apps and Websites" link, finding our app, and clicking "Send Request".

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon your request, we will remove:

  • Your customer account profile and login details.
  • Your mailing address and phone number.
  • Your order history (personal identifiers will be anonymized for accounting purposes).
  • Your marketing preferences and email subscription status.

Note: Some financial transaction records may be retained strictly for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
