KickAss Store Credit – How It Works

Store credit is a great way to save on future purchases. Here's what you need to know:

Expiry

Credit back on purchases expire 90 days from the date they're issued. Each credit has its own expiry date, and expired credits can't be reinstated, so use them before they're gone!

Your Balance

You may have multiple credits on your account, each with a different expiry date. Your total balance is the combined value of all your active, non-expired credits. You can check your balance anytime by logging into your account.

Credit Back on Purchases

Where a credit back offer applies to eligible products, the credit value is applied once per SKU on an order, not per unit purchased. This means that if you purchase multiple quantities of the same SKU, you will only receive the credit back value for that SKU once.

For example, if a battery has a $10 credit back offer and a charger has a $5 credit back offer, and you purchase two batteries and one charger in the same order, you will receive $10 credit back for the battery SKU and $5 credit back for the charger SKU.

How to Use Credits

Credits can be used at checkout to pay for eligible purchases. They can't be used to buy gift cards, and they can't be exchanged for cash. You need to login to your KickAss customer account to use store credit at checkout.

Refunds

If you return something bought entirely with credit, the refund goes back to your account as credit. If you paid with a mix of credit and another payment method, your refund will be split the same way you paid.

Adjustments

In rare cases, we may need to remove credits from your account, for example, if they were added by mistake, linked to a cancelled or refunded order, or connected to suspected fraudulent activity. We'll always let you know if this happens.

Credits belong to you and can't be transferred or shared with others.
