Store credit is a great way to save on future purchases. Here's what you need to know:
When Credit Is Issued
Credit back is issued once your purchase has been completed. For online orders, credit is issued when your order is shipped. For in-store purchases, credit is issued after payment has been completed and the goods have been taken.
Expiry
Credit back on purchases expires 90 days from the date it's issued. Each credit has its own expiry date, and expired credits can't be reinstated, so use them before they're gone!
Your Balance
You may have multiple credits on your account, each with a different expiry date. Your total balance is the combined value of all your active, non-expired credits. You can check your balance anytime by logging into your account.
How to Use Credits
Credits can be used at checkout to pay for eligible purchases. They can't be used to buy gift cards, and they can't be exchanged for cash. You need to log in to your KickAss customer account to use store credit at checkout.
Refunds
If you return something bought entirely with credit, the refund goes back to your account as credit. If you paid with a mix of credit and another payment method, your refund will be split the same way you paid.
Adjustments
In rare cases, we may need to remove credits from your account, for example, if they were added by mistake, linked to a cancelled or refunded order, or connected to suspected fraudulent activity. We'll always let you know if this happens.
Credits belong to you and can't be transferred or shared with others.
