Wow what a difference. I originally purchased a 200w folding blanket from a big name budget supplier a couple of years back. Despite only using modest power, the blanket struggled to charge the batteries on my camper even in full sun. I had so much power anxiety every day trying to figure out how to get enough juice into the batteries each day. I thought I was doing something wrong. When I finally tested it, it was only cranking out about 35W in full sun... no wonder 🙄
After reading positive reviews I splashed out on the 300 w kick ass panel. I tested it anf straight away saw it was producing up to about 240w in full sun.
Just came back from 7 days off grid camping on Fraser Island and never once did I have to worry about power. Basically the panel fully charged the batteries within about an hour each morning and then just trickled til dark. Even in cloudy conditions it was still charging!
Wow! Very happy and chilled out now. I could camp off grid forever without any worry. That's how it should be.

Consistently pulling more than the rated 300W output, albeit with a Victron 100|30 MPPT controller. The controller that comes with the panel is PWM and has not been used yet, but its a good all in one option when no other solar regulator is available. The panel is bigger in size than expected so transporting in the back of the canopy becomes a bit challenging, but it more than makes up for it in power delivery. The setup is fairly simple, but due to its combursome size, it can feel a little fragile.
PROS: Amazing power delivery, good cable quality, aesthetically well designed
CONS: Pretty big and heavy, should come with MPPT for the price and at least 10m cable would be perfect
Overall, pretty happy with it so far.
