Solar Controller

Supplied with a high-quality, heavy-duty carry bag with YKK zips. Packs down smaller and weighs over 50% less than most metal-frame solar panels—ideal for portability and camping convenience.

Pleasantly surprised at the build quality of the panels when we unpacked it. Only been using it for week and a half but it seems to be giving me a almost constant 15amp in full sun.

Bought the 300w panels as panels I had were not big enough to charge battery (8amp max) with 2 fridges running. Now being able to input between 12 & 16 amps, battery charges in no time so more worries about my beer staying cold. Bloody great product 👍👍

Wow what a difference. I originally purchased a 200w folding blanket from a big name budget supplier a couple of years back. Despite only using modest power, the blanket struggled to charge the batteries on my camper even in full sun. I had so much power anxiety every day trying to figure out how to get enough juice into the batteries each day. I thought I was doing something wrong. When I finally tested it, it was only cranking out about 35W in full sun... no wonder 🙄
After reading positive reviews I splashed out on the 300 w kick ass panel. I tested it anf straight away saw it was producing up to about 240w in full sun.
Just came back from 7 days off grid camping on Fraser Island and never once did I have to worry about power. Basically the panel fully charged the batteries within about an hour each morning and then just trickled til dark. Even in cloudy conditions it was still charging!
Wow! Very happy and chilled out now. I could camp off grid forever without any worry. That's how it should be.

Purchased this product due to friend's recommendation & as a replacement of our heavier solar panels.
We are unable to comment on products effectiveness at this time, as only a few days into our planned 4-6mth trip.
Unfortunately, one of the hinge pins has disappeared & until we can source a replacement pin, we are utilising a paper clip!
