This socket can be used with pre-existing OR new Anderson Connectors.

A true world first in connector covers, the Trailer Vision Weatherproof Anderson Cover has been designed for the safety and protection of power connectors in mobile environments. The brilliant design of the covers ensures that mating Anderson plugs are locked into place to secure a safe and reliable towing connection for towing, battery charging and marine applications. The covers feature a dust cap to prevent debris in the plug when not in use.

The socket cover by Trailer Vision features a UV stabilized corrosion resistant outer casing which is both weather-proof and dust-proof. The cover is designed with a unique locking tab system to secure mating Anderson connections and is designed to lock with Trailer Vision’s 50 Amp Plug Cover. The cover has retractable access and features a square-faced spring loaded protective cover.

This is unit is red in colour and is primarily suited to red style Anderson connectors (the unit will also accept standard grey connectors).The red Anderson connector is commonly used in ABS trailer and caravan systems, so this socket cover is an excellent choice to protect and further secure your trailer Anderson connection.
