The Canopy System simplifies your setup by eliminating the need to buy separate devices and wire them together yourself. This all-in-one, plug-and-play unit is very simple to install and is perfect for the DIY enthusiast. It integrates essential components for your four-wheel-drive vehicle, including an MPPT solar controller, DC to DC charger, Eight-Gang Switching Panel, and USB fast charging capabilities.
Designed to work in conjunction with the KickAss range of Lifepo4 lithium smart batteries, the Canopy System ensures optimal compatibility and performance. Choose the KickAss smart battery that best suits your installation needs for a complete power solution.
Note: The KickAss Wired Switching Canopy Power System is designed to work with KickAss Smart Series and KickAss Ultra-X Lithium Batteries. The display screen will not work with other battery types.

The front display shows the status of connected KickAss Lifepo4 lithium smart batteries, providing real-time insights into your power levels. This display will also indicate how much power is going in or out of the unit, as well as the estimated time remaining for charging or discharging.
Allows your batteries to be charged quickly while driving.
Allows for easy connection of solar panels. Use your own compatible panels if preferred or choose from a range of KickAss fixed and portable solar panels.
Charge your devices quickly with integrated fast charging USB ports (two USB-C and two USB-A), allowing you to power laptops, smartphones, tablets, and other devices efficiently.
The switch panel on the front of the unit controls the internal switching module, allowing you to connect up to 8 devices.
Please note that the cigarette socket on the front is connected to one of the switches.
The unit features a total of five Anderson plugs for your convenience, which can be used as inputs or outputs. The front two Anderson plugs have a combined maximum current of 50 amps, while the back three Anderson plugs share a combined 50 amps as well.

The Canopy System is designed to be installed on the passenger side of the canopy (footpath side of the vehicle) for safety & convenience. However, for added flexibility, brackets are included for installation on the driver side of the canopy.
Charge your batteries and power any connected loads such as 12v Fridges with the optional KickAss 32 Amp AC to DC battery charger which can be mounted on the top, bottom of the unit or a separate location of your choice.
If you would like to power AC devices, an inverter can be added to the system.
- If your batteries are less than 200 amps of capacity, choose the 1000W inverter.
- For batteries with 200 amps or more, select the 1000 or 2000W inverter.
The KickAss Canopy Power System is exclusively compatible with KickAss Smart Series and Ultra X batteries, ensuring seamless integration and peak performance.
