Recharge by AC mains in approximately 1 hour 50 minutes, by solar in approximately 2 hours 30 minutes (with compatible panels), or via your vehicle's cig socket in about 5 hours.
Uninterruptible Power Supply
The UPS function bypasses the battery while connected to the grid, ensuring your devices draw power directly from mains. In a power outage, it automatically switches to battery power within 10 milliseconds, maintaining continuous supply to sensitive devices like CPAP machines.

Iβve been putting the KickCharge 700 through its paces, and it has quickly become the heart of my portable power setup. For a 45Ah (582Wh) LiFePO4 unit, the performance-to-weight ratio is spot on.
The Highlights:
True 700W Capability: I was skeptical about running 240 plug cooking appliances, but this handled my 600W KickAss Grill and 600W Kettle through the inverter with zero issues. Itβs rare to find a mid-sized unit that actually handles high-draw cooking gear comfortably.
Informative Display: The LCD screen is crystal clear. Being able to see the exact wattage of my solar input versus the real-time output of my appliances makes power management effortless.
Pass-Through King: I love that I can have my solar panels plugged in and charging the unit while simultaneously running my fridge and charging my phone. It makes it a true "set and forget" hub.
The "Nice Touches": The wireless phone charger on the top is a brilliant additionβone less cable cluttering up the camp table. At only 8.7kg, itβs incredibly easy to move around the site.
The Only Downside:
Port Selection: My only real gripe is the USB configuration. It comes with 3 x USB-A and only 1 x USB-C. In 2026, where almost everything is moving to high-speed Type-C, I would much prefer a 2 x USB-A and 2 x USB-C split to better suit modern laptops and phones.

If you want a lightweight, portable power station that can actually handle some "real" cooking appliances like a grill or kettle without trippingβ¦
