Introducing the ultimate dual battery system wiring kit, now featuring a three-pin 50 Amp Anderson-style connector with ignition wire. The team at KickAss has carefully developed this premium plug-and-play wiring kit for ultra-easy DIY installations. It’s packed with high-quality components to ensure your setup is smooth and professional.

The kit is fully plug-and-play for any system using Anderson connectors for charging input and includes everything needed for a professional wiring installation. It now comes with our famous Maxifuse cable pre-installed into 6 metres of heavy-duty 8 B&S cable, providing 50A of circuit protection. The new three-pin Anderson plug allows for easier installation by integrating an ignition wire directly into the connector—eliminating the need to run multiple cables through your vehicle.

The cable is pre-crimped with Anderson connector terminals, making it simple to feed through holes and grommets. Once installed, you just clip on the three-pin Anderson connector. The kit also includes cable ties for securing cables, a spare 80A Maxifuse, a 3-metre ignition tail wire, and spare Anderson terminals.

Backwards Compatibility

The three-pin Anderson connector is backwards compatible, allowing a two-pin Anderson connection to work even if the ignition wire is not connected.

The KickAss Premium DC-DC wiring kit is specifically designed for our DC-DC chargers and is not compatible with VSRs.

Bluetooth Mobile App

Easily monitor your system with your smartphone. The convenient Bluetooth app displays data from your 100Ah battery, including Voltage, Current, State of Charge, Temperature, and other useful information provided by the BMS. If you need even more power, up to four batteries can be connected in series or parallel to boost your output. The Bluetooth app will then connect with each battery simultaneously and provide data on the entire battery bank as a single unit, without the need for an external shunt.

Remote Display Screen (optional)

Enhance your lithium battery setup with our optional LED remote display screen. This convenient add-on allows you to monitor your battery’s performance in hard-to-reach installations, or in high-use areas like your camp kitchen. If you have connected multiple batteries in series or parallel via a data cable, the RDU will show the combined information of the entire battery bank without the need for an external shunt. Data displayed includes SOC, current, time to full charge, and time to empty for the entire bank. Eliminate guesswork and stay on top of your power usage more easily.

Parallel & Series Configuration

The 100Ah lithium battery can be connected to other batteries in series or parallel to create a more powerful battery bank. Configure up to 48V systems in series or 400Ah systems in parallel. This flexibility allows you to build the power system you need, whether you're running high-power inverters or expanding your off-grid setup.

100A Continuous Discharge With 200A Pulse Discharge

The 100A discharge BMS provides ample power to run multiple devices simultaneously, and the 200A pulse discharge makes this battery ideal for inverters that require a high charge capacity. For increased discharge rates, connect multiple batteries in parallel – achieve 200A with 2 batteries (2000W inverter), 300A with 3 batteries (3000W inverter), and so on.

The KickAss MAXI Fuse Anderson Cable is the perfect solution for connecting a battery to virtually any device. It offers superior circuit protection through an inline 80A MAXI Fuse, safeguarding against short circuits and potential system damage.

With a purpose-designed length, this cable easily reaches vehicle starting batteries and integrates seamlessly with dual battery setups. The built-in weatherproof MAXI Fuse holder simplifies installation, eliminating the need for mounting traditional fuse holders or circuit breakers.

One end of the cable features a 50 Amp Anderson style connector for effortless connection to battery boxes, solar panels, or other compatible devices. The other end includes high-quality 8mm ring terminals for secure battery attachment. A spare 80A MAXI Fuse is included for added convenience.
