Bluetooth Mobile App

Easily monitor your system with your smartphone. The convenient Bluetooth app displays data from your 100Ah battery, including Voltage, Current, State of Charge, Temperature, and other useful information provided by the BMS. If you need even more power, up to four batteries can be connected in series or parallel to boost your output. The Bluetooth app will then connect with each battery simultaneously, and provide data on the entire battery bank as a single unit, without the need for an external shunt.

Remote Display Screen (optional)

Enhance your lithium battery setup with our optional LED remote Display Screen. This convenient add-on allows you to monitor your battery’s performance in hard-to-reach installations, or in high-use areas like your camp kitchen. If you have connected multiple batteries in series or parallel via a data cable, the RDU will show the combined information of the entire battery bank without the need for an external shunt. Data displayed includes SOC, current, time to full charge, and time to empty for the entire bank. Eliminate guesswork and stay on top of your power usage more easily.

Parallel & Series Configuration

The 100Ah lithium battery can be connected to other batteries in series or parallel to create a more powerful battery bank. Configure up to 48V systems in series or 400Ah systems in parallel. This flexibility allows you to build the power system you need, whether you're running high-power inverters or expanding your off-grid setup.

100A Continuous Discharge With 200A Pulse Discharge

The 100A discharge BMS provides ample power to run multiple devices simultaneously, and the 200A pulse discharge makes this battery ideal for inverters that require a high charge capacity. For increased discharge rates, connect multiple batteries in parallel – achieve 200A with 2 batteries (2000W inverter), 300A with 3 batteries (3000W Inverter), and so on.

Intelligent BMS

The cutting-edge BMS features 11 layers of hardware & software protection to ensure safe battery operation at all times. Temperature sensors track multiple points within the lithium cells and BMS, and prevent it from operating if conditions are unsafe. The BMS also includes a cell balancing function, which ensures each cell charges and discharges evenly, enhancing performance and prolonging the life of your battery.

A-Grade LiFePO4 Battery Chemistry

The LiFePO4 battery chemistry is safe, reliable, and uses A-Grade Prismatic Lithium Cells to provide stable power for extended periods. Achieve more than 4000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, with a discharge rate of 0.5C.

Pure Sine Wave

The inverter produces a clean and reliable pure sine wave which replicates the AC power you get from your wall-based power point at home. It is much cleaner and more reliable than a modified sine-wave, and is so stable that you can use it to run sensitive electronic devices like laptops, Starlink and CPAP machines. Three Pin Anderson Style Connector

Take the hassle out of connecting your 12V DCDC Charger with the new three-pin Anderson Connection. Run your positive alternator, negative ground and ignition wires together with the new three-pin Anderson connection. Fully Compatible with common two-pin Anderson style connectors.

Lithium BMS Sleep Mode Recovery Feature

When in Lithium Mode and the voltage drops below the safety parameters and the Lithium battery enters sleep mode, the DC-DC charger will begin recovery mode. The DC-DC will trickle charge the battery until it reaches the cut-in voltage and will start normal charging cycles. Most Lithium batteries are built with a Battery Management System (BMS) inside to protect the battery from overcharging, over-discharging and extreme temperature changes.

One of the key functions of the BMS is to protect your battery by internally disconnecting the load when voltage drops below specific parameters, this will then result in the battery entering into a "sleep" mode (Load includes any accessories and/or device/s drawing charge from the battery. Eg: fridges, pumps, food sealers, etc)

The KickAss DCDC MPPT Solar Battery charger has a lithium battery recovery function. This function has been designed to recover lithium batteries from sleep mode. Lithium battery sleep mode indication: when the lithium battery has entered sleep mode, the charger will show fault codes of the output open circuit until all loads are disconnected and a sufficient charge source is connected

You must select 'LITHIUM' as the battery type by using the 'MODE' button prior to connecting it to a lithium battery in sleep mode to attempt recovery.

How to wake a lithium battery to begin recovery mode:

1. Disconnect any load connected to the lithium battery

2. Connect alternator input or solar input to the KickAss DCDC MPPT Solar Battery Charger.

3. Connect the output from the DCDC Charger to the lithium battery

4. The charger will have all battery types flashing and the BULK and PULSE LED lights will remain on for 30 seconds before entering Recovery Mode

5. When the lithium battery has entered recovery mode, the KickAss DCDC MPPT Solar Battery Charger display will have the source indicator illuminated (eg: Solar) and the battery type LITHIUM will be flashing

6. When the battery voltage has been recovered, the DCDC charger will automatically change to normal stage charging and programs and loads may be reconnected

Introducing our all new ultimate dual battery system wiring kit now featuring three pin 50 amp Anderon style connector with ignition wire.There is nothing like having the right parts to get the job done and the team at KICKASS have done just that in developing a premium plug and play wiring kit for installing a range of dual battery systems. We have carefully designed this premium kit for ultra easy DIY fittings. This wiring kit is now even easier to install with the pre-installed 80amp maxifuse and now features a three pin 50 amp Anderson connector with an ignition wire.

These kits are completely plug and play for any system that uses Anderson connectors for chagrin input and have everything you need for a professional wiring installation.The premium wiring kit now has our famous Maxifuse cable pre-installed into 6 Metres of Heavy Duty 8 B&S Cable, providing 50A of circuit protection. Now featuring the all new 3 Pin Anderson plug. Take the hassle out of connecting your 12V dual battery system. The built-in ignition wire into a three pin Anderson connector allows for easier installation, and removes the need to run multiple cables through your vehicle.

This cable is pre-crimped with Anderson connector terminals which makes it easy to run through holes and grommets. Once the cable is run, all you need to do is clip the Three Pin Anderson connector on. The kit also includes cable ties for securing the main cables, a spare 80A Maxifuse, 3m tail ignition wire and spare Anderson connector terminals

Backwards compatibility

The three pin Anderson is backwards compatible, meaning a two pin Anderson connection will work even if the ignition wire is not connected.

KICKASS^® MAXI Fuse Anderson Cable

We have developed and designed our all-new KICKASS^® MAXI Fuse Anderson cable to be the perfect solution for connecting up a battery to just about anything. This cable provides the ultimate circuit protection ensuring your battery is fused correctly through an 80A inline MAXI Fuse thus preventing a major meltdown should you ever have a short circuit in your system. 

The length of this cable has been specially designed to provide adequate reach when connecting to the vehicle starting battery. The provided length allows the cable to be expertly run through the battery compartment and connect to other cables such as dual battery wiring. The MAXI Fuse holder is weatherproof and integrated into the cable making it very easy and fast to install - there is no need to spend time mounting like traditional fuse holders or circuit breakers. 

The cable includes a 50 Amp Anderson style connector at one end providing a seamless connection to any device or electrical systems such as battery boxes or solar panels that use Anderson style connectors. At the other end of the cable, two high-quality 8mm ring terminals simply connect to your battery making this cable the main fused connection point. A spare 80A MAXI Fuse is also included with the cable so you have a backup if needed.
