    This is all I need to monitor the AGM (second) battery occasionally to know its State of Charge (SOC) without all the complicated installation of a shunt.

    Reliable, easy-to-use battery monitor with handy GPS feature

    KickAss Bluetooth Battery Monitor

    Simple and effective. Very easy to set up, and the app makes it straightforward to read and monitor battery status at a glance. The interface is clean and practical, which makes checking voltage and health quick without any confusion.

    The GPS feature is a nice bonus. It adds a layer of reassurance and gives the vehicle an “AirTag-like” feel, which is a great extra for something you wouldn’t normally expect from a battery monitor.

    This is my second time purchasing this item. I’ve used it for both my car and my motorcycle, and it’s been reliable across both setups.

    Overall, a solid, well-thought-out product that does exactly what it’s meant to do, with a useful added feature.
