Grant Coleman, better known as Big GC, is an award-winning Australian pitmaster, outdoor cooking expert and passionate advocate for great food cooked anywhere. Originally from Wingham, NSW and now based in Toowoomba, QLD, Grant has been competing on the Australian and US BBQ circuits since 2016, earning multiple Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion titles along the way.

One of his proudest achievements was representing Australia at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo World Championship BBQ Contest, where the team placed 2nd in Brisket on the world stage.

A self-taught pitmaster with a knack for making incredible food approachable, whether at home, at camp or off-grid, Grant has mentored countless BBQ newcomers and built a strong reputation for sharing knowledge generously.
