If you are looking for a robust outdoor rated PWM solar controller for your panels, then look no further than the KICKASS® IP68 weatherproof rated units. These solar controllers are the same ones that are installed on our KICKASS® portable panels, so they have been proven and tested time and time again

What sets these controllers apart are the high build quality and charging functions, the casing is all anodised aluminium and fully sealed and protected against the elements. The unit incorporates easy to see LED indicators which display the charging state, charging mode and diagnostic information. You have the ability to set this regulator to charge your exact battery type whether it be WET, AGM, CALCIUM or GEL, this ensures your battery is being charged correctly from your panels and extends the lifespan of your battery (Many controllers only have one charge setting which is not acceptable). 

The KICKASS® 10A PWM weatherproof solar controllers come with 50A Anderson style connections, so it is all plug and play providing you have the same connectors in your solar system. One connector simply connects to the panels, the other simple connects to your battery's or portable battery pack. Note: Anderson connector colours may vary to image.

SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to exceed customer’s delivery expectations and we regularly do!
Stated delivery times are industry averages provided by our couriers.
Delays may occur during holiday and peak periods or extreme weather conditions.
Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Estimated Shipping Times

Metro: Express 1-2 business days / Standard 3-5 business days

Shipping Policy

KickAss Products endeavours to dispatch all orders quickly, to minimise the delay in your goods arriving to you.
Please be aware that some of our products are shipped from different warehouse locations, meaning they will arrive in separate shipments or from seperate couriers.
Australian Direct is not liable for any delay or loss of items due to change of delivery addresses after checkout, or mistakes made by customers.
Customers are liable to cover the cost of re-delivery fees if an item is undeliverable and/or returned to Australian Direct due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Please note: As we use couriers to deliver parcels, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel redirected to the nearest carrier depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery, if you require a re-delivery please contact our customer service team. If you do not wish to collect the parcel from the carrier depot and you aren't willing to pay for a re-delivery, your order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded (less the shipping costs).

We recommend all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any re-delivery delays and/or fees.

PO Boxes & Authority To Leave (ATL)

We may not be able to deliver all items to PO Box addresses as some delivery orders are sent via courier services.
For security reasons, we do not currently offer Authority To Leave (ATL).
We recommend all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is home, work or another location, to minimize re-delivery delays and potential fees.
Any orders placed on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Track & Trace

All orders placed online at australiandirect.com.au are delivered via Australia Post or TNT. Once your order has been packed, ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with a consignment number and link to track your order directly through the courier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the couriers system before attempting to track your order. If you have any concerns relating to the delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by phone or email. We will generally respond to online enquiries within 1-2 business days.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.


RETURN POLICY

If you have decided to return an item because you have changed your mind or feel as though the item is no longer suited to your 12V system, the item can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund, pending the following criteria are met:
The item is returned in a new, unused condition, complete with original packaging.
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it.

Exchanges

If the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, a 5% restocking fee applies.
If the item is returned in used condition without the original packaging, a 15% restocking fee applies.

Credits & Refunds

If the item is returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, a 5% restocking fee applies.
If the item is returned in used condition without the original packaging, a 15% restocking fee applies.

Conditions

The customer is required to cover postage costs to return-freight the item back to us.
Original freight charges will not be refunded under any circumstance.
The customer is not eligible to receive Reward Points on exchange purchases.
